Responsibility
- Install, service, and repair split, window, and central air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct refrigerant handling, recovery, and recharging in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues and recommended solutions clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale installations and complex repairs efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Technician.
- Certification in refrigeration handling (e.g., EPA 608 or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and HVAC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for service calls.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
