Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans to meet business goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, labor laws, compensation, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to draft policies, reports, and correspondence.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software. Experience with local Indonesian labor regulations is advantageous.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
