Responsibility

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top-tier talent.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Design and execute creative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and conducting workplace investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and support regular performance management reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, generating monthly reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of solid experience in HR operations, recruitment, or as an HR Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and employee relations practices.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and building recruitment pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Prior experience working in the renewable energy or construction industry is an advantage but not required.
