Responsibility
- Assist the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and company meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
