Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing HR events.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in a multinational or dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
