Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data.
- Help manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and orientation support.
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR policies and procedures based on best practices.
- Conduct research on HR trends, labor laws, and industry standards to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with a global team.
