Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and constructive feedback processes.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
