Responsibility
- Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes, from inbound to outbound logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all hub activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, warehouse, and customer service, to resolve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Manage inventory accuracy and ensure timely processing of shipments to meet customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality or team morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics, warehouse, or operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
