Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of productivity and accountability.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve hub performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali, if necessary.
