We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Specialist to join our team in Cikarang Pusat. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with Indonesian safety regulations and company standards.
- Lead and facilitate safety training programs and induction sessions for all employees and contractors.
- Perform thorough incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage documentation related to HSE reports, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor and coordinate the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure high standards of safety compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Possession of a valid K3 Umum certification (Ahli K3 Umum) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local Indonesian labor/safety laws (Undang-Undang K3).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in preparing safety reports and presenting safety metrics.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a contract-based capacity.
