Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
