Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Lucidchart and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fully onsite environment.
