Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development plans to boost retention and productivity.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and cultural values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within Indonesia’s legal framework.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with payroll software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
