Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer work passes, visas, and permits for expatriate and local employees, ensuring legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including benefits and leave management.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work pass regulations (preferred).
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with offshore or maritime industry HR practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
