Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
- Manage employee performance evaluations, career development programs, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Lead employee engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Support talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee well-being and organizational growth.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
