Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
