Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews while providing constructive feedback to all stakeholders.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are updated accurately in the ATS.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless integration into the company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in talent development and employee branding.
