Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed placement targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our recruitment database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
