Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for healthcare roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing in collaboration with finance teams.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational productivity.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personnel files, using digital HR systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
