Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and Chinese-Indonesian business requirements
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Serve as primary liaison between Indonesian and Chinese management teams, ensuring clear communication in Mandarin and Indonesian
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies across all Bali locations
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
- Manage HR documentation and reporting in both Mandarin and Indonesian as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational environments
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent) and professional proficiency in English and Indonesian
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural environments
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
