Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and update Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) to ensure compliance with current labor laws.
- Manage external relations with the Department of Manpower (Disnaker) and ensure timely submission of mandatory reports including Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan (WLKP).
- Serve as the primary mediator for internal conflict resolution, ensuring fair and objective outcomes for all parties involved.
- Advise management on labor legislation updates and provide guidance on internal policy enforcement.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR compliance to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of industrial relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive, engaging workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR generalist roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU No. 13/2003, UU Cipta Kerja, and related regulations).
- Proven experience in handling WLKP and communicating effectively with Disnaker authorities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to draft formal HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
