Magnet Integra Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR & General Affairs (HRGA) Manager to lead our multi-branch retail operations in Bali. Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR functions for multi-branch retail operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and KPIs to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Design and execute employee development programs, performance management systems, and career progression frameworks.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and industrial relations to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with retail managers to forecast staffing needs, optimize workforce allocation, and reduce turnover.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all general affairs activities, including office administration and vendor management, are executed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and labor regulations is highly advantageous.
