Responsibility
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Coordinate and organize HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, company policies, and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company regulations, ensuring all HR practices align with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, general affairs, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.
