Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, training, and career development programs.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks while optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR and financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven expertise in payroll systems, financial modeling, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
