Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent across Bali.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee databases, contracts, and documentation, in compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is an advantage.
