Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Design and facilitate leadership training programs to enhance managerial and employee capabilities.
- Create and manage career development frameworks, including succession planning and talent pipelines.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across departments.
- Partner with department heads to implement performance management systems that drive productivity and engagement.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting internal mobility and professional growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs and HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
