Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with company objectives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement.
- Spearhead learning & development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, turnover, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employer branding and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent development, recruitment, and strategic HR.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and L&D programs.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and talent management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
