Responsibility
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders, providing strategic guidance on employee relations, labor laws, and workplace policies.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and EMAPTA’s global HR standards.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with management to design and execute workforce planning strategies, including talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, diversity & inclusion, and workplace conduct.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in employee/labor relations or HR business partner roles, preferably in a BPO or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) and data analysis tools.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
