Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee growth and organizational success.
- Collaborate with department heads to align performance metrics with business objectives, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.
- Facilitate employee development programs, including training initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning to foster long-term talent retention.
- Administer HR cases related to performance, conduct, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Support employees and managers through performance-related discussions, coaching, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including e-learning modules, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Ensure seamless integration of performance management tools and HRIS platforms to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance management, employee development, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems, competency frameworks, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with a high degree of self-motivation and organization.
