Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an HR or administrative role is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is an advantage.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
