Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Handle office administration tasks, such as supply procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic payroll systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
