Responsibility
- Manage and oversee case files from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, verify, and update case-related information.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and databases for tracking case progress and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and organizing case materials.
- Monitor case deadlines and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of case management processes to improve efficiency.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally, providing clear and concise updates on case status.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve bottlenecks in case workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal or compliance frameworks is a plus.
