Responsibility
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Manage attendance tracking and leave requests, providing reports to the HR Manager as needed.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
