Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and confidential files in digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant documentation.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (preferably in an international or engineering environment).
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
