Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Manage payroll administration, including timesheet verification, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
- Oversee office administration, such as supply procurement, vendor management, and workspace organization.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including contracts, memos, and internal communications.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
