Responsibility

  • Assist in HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR-related reports
  • Organize company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture
  • Maintain confidential HR files and databases with high accuracy
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office and HR needs

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or HR support roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
