Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate and organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, assisting in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
