Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and file necessary documents and reports in compliance with local regulations.
- Support the Hong Kong team with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence and communication with employees, vendors, and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR and financial information.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and accounting departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or HR administration.
- Familiarity with accounting software and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
