Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping team members on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective usage.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and workflows to optimize productivity.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in housekeeping operations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
