Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel brand standards.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and cleaning equipment effectively.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene in public areas, including lobbies and dining spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra items or specific housekeeping needs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols within the hotel premises.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
