Responsibility
- Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational facilities, to the highest standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties for apartment units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure restocking of amenities and supplies (e.g., towels, toiletries, linens) in guest and resident areas.
- Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Follow company protocols for waste disposal, recycling, and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and uniforms as required.
- Respond to resident or guest requests for additional cleaning services in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role, preferably in hotels or residential complexes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic English communication skills; fluency in Indonesian is required.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor polishers) and eco-friendly products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
