Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the hotel’s exacting standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or deficiencies promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to sustainable practices, such as minimizing waste and conserving resources.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience through meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
