Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, stains) and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to company cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and eco-friendly practices.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra pillows, turndown service) in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain carts, storage areas, and cleaning equipment in an organized and hygienic condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during high-occupancy periods.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling guest belongings and personal information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or a related field (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and address cleanliness issues proactively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 10 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assignments within designated timeframes.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and interact with guests/supervisors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, steamers) is a plus.
