Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting restocks when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and guest privacy standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough completion of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a focus on safety.
