Responsibility

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services, such as extra pillows, blankets, or room refreshes.
  • Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols, including disinfection and sanitation procedures, to ensure a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to resort policies on confidentiality, security, and guest privacy.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the housekeeping manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
