Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels in guest rooms as per established protocols.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including VIP and special requests.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify supervisors when restocking is required.
- Follow sustainable practices, such as proper waste disposal and energy conservation, in alignment with the property’s eco-friendly initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early morning or late evening shifts.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
