Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and food items according to Cafe Excelso’s standards.
- Educate customers about our premium products, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and pairing recommendations.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking product levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Friendly, energetic, and able to work well under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
