Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and order processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS systems efficiently.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Restock products and monitor inventory levels to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
