Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
