Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, surfaces, and furniture to maintain a spotless environment.
- Ensure all assigned areas (guest rooms, lobbies, offices, and common spaces) meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and uniforms as needed.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all assigned areas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, clients, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Cleaner, or in a similar role within hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
